Integrated marine solutions, one accountable team.

Shore power conversions, electrical systems, shipyards, commissioning, procurement, chartering and technical management — coordinated so nothing falls between the cracks.

AMP conversions & electrical integration

Marine Electrical & Shore Power

Alternative Maritime Power (AMP) conversions and full electrical outfitting — the work we do most, planned around the yard's schedule.

Shore power is the bulk of our electrical work. Converting a vessel to take Alternative Maritime Power is not a matter of landing a cable: it means a high-voltage shore connection arrangement, a transformer sized to the vessel's berth load, frequency conversion where the port and the ship don't share 50/60 Hz, a cable management system that suits the berths she actually calls at, and protection, earthing and interlocking that satisfy IEC/IEEE/ISO 80005-1. We survey the existing switchboard and load profile first, then design the conversion against it rather than against a generic template.

That work sits inside a wider electrical scope. Whether you're outfitting a newbuild from the keel up or retrofitting an ageing vessel's distribution, we work to class and flag requirements from the first cable run to final commissioning — cable routing, switchboard layout, navigation and communication integration — coordinated with the yard's build schedule and the other trades on site, rather than bolted on at the end.

  • Shore power (AMP / OPS) conversions
  • HV shore connection to IEC/IEEE/ISO 80005-1
  • Transformers, frequency conversion & cable management
  • Cable routing, switchboards & panel wiring
  • Navigation & communication systems integration
  • Outfitting coordination with yard schedules
End-to-end shipyard coordination

Shipyard Solutions

Connecting vessel owners with trusted shipyards and project management support from planning through delivery.

Choosing the right shipyard and keeping a project on schedule is often the hardest part of a marine build or repair. We act as your owner's representative on site, vetting yards against your technical and budget requirements, then managing day-to-day coordination so decisions get made quickly and nothing slips through the cracks between trades.

From initial yard selection through final handover, our shipyard project management covers scheduling, budget tracking and quality oversight — giving vessel owners a single point of accountability instead of juggling multiple contractors directly.

  • On-site project management
  • Schedule & budget tracking

Commissioning & Testing

Function testing, commissioning and handover documentation for newly installed and retrofitted systems.

An installation isn't finished when the last cable is pulled — it's finished when the system has been tested, proven against its specification and documented. We carry out function and insulation testing, energise and commission systems in a controlled sequence, and record the results so there is evidence behind every sign-off.

Because our teams are often the ones who did the installation, commissioning doesn't start with someone learning the vessel from scratch. Where we're brought in on work done by others, we start from the drawings and the class requirements rather than assumptions.

  • Function & insulation testing
  • Controlled energisation and commissioning
  • Sea trial attendance & support
  • As-built and handover documentation
Strategic procurement worldwide

Marine Supply

Global sourcing of marine equipment and spare parts, with vetted vendors and freight coordination.

Sourcing the right marine equipment and spare parts — especially on short notice — depends on a vetted supplier network and someone who understands the urgency of a vessel waiting on a critical part. We manage sourcing, quality vetting and freight coordination end to end, so procurement doesn't become the bottleneck in your project timeline.

Whether you need a single hard-to-find component or a full outfitting parts list, our marine spare parts sourcing draws on relationships across multiple regions to keep lead times realistic.

  • Spare parts sourcing
  • Vendor & quality vetting
  • Global freight coordination
  • Urgent / critical parts expediting

Commercial brokerage support

Brokerage

Voyage and time charter brokerage — matching cargo to tonnage, with a team that also understands the vessel technically.

Fixing a vessel is a commercial exercise, but the questions that decide whether a fixture works are usually technical ones: what the vessel can actually carry, how she performs on the intended trade, and what condition her equipment is in. We broker voyage and time charters with that technical view in the room from the start.

We work owners' and charterers' requirements against live market positions, put the shortlist together, and support the negotiation through to a signed charter party — then stay reachable while the fixture runs rather than disappearing after the recap.

Compliance & technical governance

ISM Management Support

Independent ISM documentation and compliance support to keep your safety management system audit-ready.

Maintaining ISM Code compliance is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time checkbox. Our ISM management support gives shipowners and operators independent documentation review, internal audit preparation and liaison with flag and class societies, so your safety management system stays audit-ready year-round.

We work alongside your existing DPA and technical team rather than replacing them, filling documentation and compliance gaps as they come up.

  • ISM Code documentation
  • Internal audit support
  • Safety management system review
  • Flag & class liaison support
Reliable global logistics

Logistics

Coordinated transport and delivery for marine projects, from workshop to vessel side.

Getting equipment, parts and materials to the right berth at the right time takes more than a courier account — it takes someone who understands port documentation, customs clearance and the realities of vessel schedules. Our marine logistics coordination covers multimodal transport planning from workshop or supplier to vessel side.

For time-critical deliveries tied to a drydock window or sailing date, we plan routing and customs paperwork in advance so delays don't cascade into the rest of your project.

  • Multimodal transport coordination
  • Customs & port documentation
  • Time-critical delivery planning
  • Tracking & status updates
